Weather Selections

Yeah, I am using Weather Underground interfaces right now. As I am only focusing on HTML right now, I cannot create an interface right now since it would not be kosher to the process. As soon as I get into XML and JSON I will be able to redo this page. Until then, here's Weather Underground.
